What's the delivery time?Your software or license key will be delivered to the email provided at checkout within 3-7 days of placing your order.

Does the subscription start from the date of payment or when I receive my product?The subscription starts on the day you receive the login details via email.

Is support available?For any assistance, please email us at support@techforsocialgood.in. We will respond within 24-48 hours.

What's your refund policy?We provide a full refund within 7 days if your subscription is not working. We will contact you by phone or conduct screen-sharing sessions to solve the issue first. If we can't solve it, we will process a full refund.

Do you need any NGO documentation/registration proof for the software?Yes, all the products listed on this page require you to be a registered nonprofit. For for-profit social enterprises, small businesses, or startups, please email us at info@techforsocialgood.in with your inquiry, and we will provide the details via email. Note: FCRA is not required. Any registration document that verifies your nonprofit status will be acceptable.

Are subscriptions available for one-time payments?No, all the listed software are annual subscriptions and must be paid annually to remain active unless mentioned otherwise.
